Clinical statements must come from a primary source a reader can check:

  • NHS pages, including the NHS tirzepatide medicine page and NHS condition pages
  • the Mounjaro summary of product characteristics and patient information leaflet on the Electronic Medicines Compendium
  • the MHRA, including drug safety updates, alerts and the Yellow Card scheme
  • NICE guidance, including TA1026 on tirzepatide for overweight and obesity
  • UK professional and regulatory bodies such as the GPhC, the DVLA, the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare and the British Dietetic Association
  • peer-reviewed clinical trials and reviews in recognised journals

Pharmacies, clinics, manufacturers' marketing and other commercial sites are never cited for a clinical claim. Where a fact cannot be confirmed from a primary source, the page says so or leaves the claim out.

Writing

Pages use plain UK English, short sentences and specific numbers. Each page opens with a direct answer, then gives the detail. Side effect pages end with a three-level guide to getting help. Pages never name or recommend a pharmacy, and guide and side effect pages carry no prices or codes.

Review and dates

Each page shows the date it was last reviewed. When a source changes, the page is updated and the date moves to the day of the change. Price pages show the date the prices were checked instead.

Prices

Prices are first-order prices for one KwikPen at each dose, with the pharmacy's public offer applied and standard delivery included, taken from public UK pharmacy price lists. Pharmacies are ranked by price. Ties go to the higher Trustpilot score, then alphabetical order. No pharmacy can pay to change its position or appear on the list. Price pages carry no discount codes and no links to shops. Each pharmacy links to its GPhC register entry and to its page on Monj (monj.co.uk), the independent UK Mounjaro price comparison.

Independence

Mounjaro Info sells no medicines and takes no payment from pharmacies, clinics or manufacturers. It has no connection with Eli Lilly and Company.
